Returned from hols and catching up still on all records, but a heads up that Paul Roughley has seen 2 Norfolk Hawkers in Montgomeryshire on the Montgomery Canal near to the Claypits Reserve. Keep your eyes open as others could show up anywhere it seems and it would be lovely to have Shropshire records 3 years in a row! The green eyes are really striking as this large brown insect flies past, as are the clear (not brown) wings…
