This was taken at Bayston Hill Quarry where reportedly there were loads of Broad-bodied and Four-spotted Chasers on the wing as well as Emperors and Common Blue Damselflies. Geoff Hall has also sent a photo of a Golden-ringed Female …and when I zoomed in I found there was also a meal being consumed! With all this sunshine in the forecast we could start to see some good numbers of dragonflies build up…
