Well in such unprecedented times it’s some comfort to know Large Red Damselflies will be carrying on as normal! Records have already come in further south and typically we expect the first Shropshire sightings in mid/late April. Clearly nobody should be going anywhere, but if you are lucky enough to have your own garden pond then please do send in any sightings. I’ll be keeping an eye on my pond and making the most of any dragonflies or damsels that I see!
